Linguine with semi-dried tomatoes and rocket

Ingredients:


450 g of Linguine
250 g di Rocket
1 Coelsanus semi-dried Tomatoes
1 Clove of Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method:


Carefully wash the rocket and bring a pan of water to the boil. Roughly chop the rocket and cut the semi-dried tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the peeled garlic clove and place in a frying pan with the extra virgin olive oil. Once the garlic has changed colour, add the tomatoes. Drain the pasta and cook for 3 minutes, adding the rocket at the end. Season with salt and serve.
