Escalopes with capers

Ingredients:


12 Scaloppine Di Vitellone

50 G Burro 

Vino Bianco

Succo Di Limone

Method:


Melt the butter in a pan. Add the escalopes and seal them well. Splash with a little white wine and the lemon juice. Season, and cook for 10 minutes on a low heat, turning frequently. Add the washed capers at the end. Serve hot.
