Method:


Mash the boiled potatoes with a fork and combine them with the flour, egg and a little salt. Form strips and cut them into cubes, then score them with a fork. Lightly fry the onion, add the diced peppers and a little tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the cooked, drained gnocchi and serve.
