Rustic polenta crostini

Ingredients:


250 g Instant Polenta 
1 l of water
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Coelsanus sautéed mushrooms 
Fresh parsley
Cherry tomatoes

Method:


Arrange the cold polenta squares on a hot plate and allow them to warm for one minute. When the sides become slightly blackened, the consistency will have reached the required crunchiness and they can be removed from the hot plate. Arrange the polenta squares on a dish and add the Coelsanus sautéed mushrooms.

We recommend adding fresh parsley and serving with fresh cherry tomatoes for that special touch.
