Bruschetta of dried tomatoes and mozzarella

4 Slices of Bread

250 g Mozzarella Fior Di Latte

8 Coelsanus Dried Tomatoes in oil

Olive Oil

1 Sprinkle of Oregano

Method:


Toast the bread and dress with olive oil. Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange on the slices of bread. Lay 2 tomatoes on each bruschetta and sprinkle with oregano.
