Shrimp and artichoke salad

Ingredients:


400 G Gamberetti Sgusciati 

Carpaccio di carciofi Coelsanus

40 G Capperi Coelsanus

400 G Insalata Lattuga

3 Cucchiai Panna Liquida

90 G Maionese

Salsa D'olio D'oliva E Limone

Burro

Method:


Dilute the mayonnaise with the cream. Defrost the shrimps and lightly fry them in a non-stick frying pan with the butter. Wash and dry the lettuce. Dress with the mayonnaise and arrange on a serving dish. Separately dress the artichokes and shrimps with the sauce, season, and arrange on the lettuce. Garnish with capers.
