Bruschetta with artichoke and olive sauce

Coelsanus Artichoke and Olive Sauce

Bread (toscano or pugliese)

1 Clove of Garlic

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Salt

Prosciutto crudo or pancetta

Method:


Slice the bread thinly and toast it in the oven or on the grill. Rub the warm slices with a clove of garlic and season with salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add the Artichoke and Olive Sauce, spreading uniformly across the whole slice. For that special touch, add strips of prosciutto crudo or pancetta.
